Every time we’ve been here, with our two cats and now our puppy, we’ve always left feeling fully informed and confident our fur babies are well taken care of and loved like family.

They are always friendly and great with my cat. The prices are on the higher end but it is worth the service they provide. I can leave my appointment feeling confident that my cat was well taken care of.

A really beautiful and clean Veterinary Hospital that does Exotic pets, turtles, reptiles, etc... the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and no excessive wait times. It's in a great and very safe location and you can always make an appointment there. A real Gem to find a nice and clean Veterinary Hospital that does all animals.. Amazing🐾

I've had nearly a year to reflect on my bunny's death and would give a lot to go back in time and never set foot in here. Yes bunnies are fragile and difficult to care for, but her death at age 3 because of "bubbles" in her stomach was preventable and I blame myself for not realizing how ridiculous it was to have a vet be happy that the "bubbles" were going away without any further diagnosis or exploration of the underlying issue. I asked repeatedly if the bunny's weight was okay (she was clearly sick and losing weight) and never got an answer (vet just said something else, completely ignored the question twice) - I should have put the bunny in her carrier and walked out right then. Please, if you have a bunny, find somewhere else to take them. Losing her hurts so much and I wish I had realized I needed to take her elsewhere before it was too late.

I’ve had a great experience so far with Dr. Adams at 2nd St Animal Hospital. I have a senior dog who has had a few health problems and they have all been addressed quickly and they always provide options with pricing so you know what you’re going to pay. They are usually able to get us in for an appt quickly and always check up on Nico after the appt. Dr. Adams is always so helpful in answering all my questions and I appreciate how caring she is for my Pom.

All of the staff were super friendly and Dr Weiss was amazing. He's definitely the most knowledgeable exotics vet we've met (especially for rats), and we appreciate how open he is to discuss issues like side effects from medications and odd symptoms other vets have dismissed.

From the receptionist Asia, nurse and physician everyone was wonderful. They took into consideration financial concerns of the visit and got my cat back to normal a few days later. I really look forward to seeing everyone again at ChiChi’s 30 day follow up.
